James Patrick March. Born October 30th, 1895, making him a Scorpio (there are those who believe this explains a lot). Designer of the Hotel Cortez, filled with chutes and ladders and basements. Also once filled with the corpses of all his victims, currently filled with ghosts and other creatures. The greatest serial killer who ever lived slit his own throat before he could be captured. He continued on as a ghost bound to the Cortez, giving advice to hearts full of rage he saw potential in. He nurtured their desires to snuff out life around them, becoming mentor, friend, and master. Once a year he throws Devil's Night—all his deceased pupils come around to enjoy a killer party.
